Senior Business & Market Analyst
We are seeking a sharp and strategic Senior Business & Market Analyst to join our team and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and growth. You will take a key role in analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and performing analytical deep dives into various geographies and/or products while also leading business case development to support strategic initiatives. This role has a significant impact on our market positioning, strategic direction, and overall business efficiency.
Your main tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks
- Lead creation of financial models and business cases to support initiatives, partnerships, and investments aligned with profitability targets
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key market metrics and support cross-departmental decision-making
- Deliver actionable strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis
- Enhance data tools, frameworks, and reporting processes to improve efficiency in analytics and decision-making
This role requires independent ownership of your area of responsibility, typically over planning horizons of 3-12 months. You’ll engage in strategic project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking to ensure optimized revenue growth and company efficiency.
Our ideal candidate would have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in market analysis, business intelligence, financial analysis, or strategic planning
- Proficiency with Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong ability to turn complex data into clear and actionable insights for executive leadership
- Understanding of gaming market trends, customer behavior, and KPI tracking, preferably within money gaming or digital entertainment
What is considered as a plus:
- Good understanding or experience from the Lottery or iGaming market
- Experience in pricing models and player behavior analytics
- Exposure to international markets and cross-border analysis
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders
