Development Team Manager, EGM Solutions
Veikkaus Electronic Gambling Machines (EGM) Solutions is a forerunner in applying new technologies and creating gaming services when it comes to design and development of gaming devices, platforms and UI for multi-channel gaming experience. Would you like to join a super skilled team of hardware and software development professionals?
Now we are searching for a Development Team Manager to lead our EGM Solutions development unit. The position is permanent and full-time.

As a Development Team Manager, you will act as the manager of a unit consisting of development managers, designer, engineers and software developers and take care of our EGM ownership together with development managers.
In your supervisory role, your main responsibility is to ensure the abilities of unit’s development teams to deliver high EGM solutions in the long term. We believe in working in small autonomous and adaptive teams and nurturing inclusive, collaborative and ambitious team cultures.
You will be guiding the team from the current state towards a solution and as such, your daily tasks include contributing on different levels of abstraction. You are the keeper of the big picture; you ensure the ideas are synthesized and the focus is on the essentials. You facilitate collaboration between different stakeholders and work together with multiple business and technology teams. With the team you methodically divide large visions into sensible increments and strive to understand the customer’s behaviour and needs to figure out the finest details of the gaming product being built.
You will thrive in this position, if you have:

• Considerable experience in applying Agile practices
• Leadership and collaboration skills to inspire confidence and commitment
• Possibility to work at the Veikkaus offices minimum of 3 times a week
