Development Manager, Oracle Cloud

We’re searching for a Development Manager for Oracle Cloud to become an integral part of our technical Oracle team, guiding and developing our Oracle Fusion enterprise platform environment. In this new role you will develop, manage and oversee how the data from our gaming systems and platforms are integrated to our Oracle Fusion platform. You will help foster a seamless, efficient co-operation between our technical teams and key stakeholders such as Business units and Game System development teams.

Veikkaus is heading towards transition from monopoly to multi-permit market. Our team will ensure a smooth transformation of enterprise services to the multi-permit market and you have opportunity to be part of this journey.

As Development Manager Oracle Cloud you’ll take on a central role in supporting and guiding our Oracle Fusion ERP / CX platforms and integration development. Additionally, you will leverage Oracle Cloud technology to enhance our Fusion ERP / CX platform infrastructure, ensuring Fusion best practises, efficiency and security in our operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Development: Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, CX modules, Gaming data extension and Integrations.
  • Providing operational guidance: Offer expertise to help resolve complex challenges, supporting teams in making sound decisions and delivering their best work.
  • Enhancing processes: Analyze and refine operational processes, improving both productivity and quality of outcomes.
  • Integrating Oracle Cloud technology: Implement and manage Oracle Cloud solutions to optimize our infrastructure, ensuring robust performance and security.

What we’re looking for:

We need someone with a proactive approach, good problem solving skills and Oracle technical understanding. You should be experienced in Oracle Cloud implementations or operations, comfortable taking part in conversations around technical topics, and knowledge of end-to-end business processes across Fusion modules. The ideal candidate brings expertise in OCI and Fusion platforms, a strategic mindset that values continuous improvement and knows how to drive operational processes that empower our teams to do their best work.

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Experience in Fusion platforms, Analytics and Integrations
  • Good knowledge about Oracle Fusion best practises and E2E processes
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud technology and its application in enhancing operational infrastructuree

The position is permanent and full-time.
