We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Seriously (Helsinki office). Our game, Best Fiends, has been played more than Game of Thrones has been watched. Best Fiends has become a worldwide phenomenon with over 125M downloads and around 1.2M daily players. Our game universe has expanded to include thousands of levels, hundreds of Fiends, a growing library of animated shorts, a variety of original content, a dedicated community of millions, and much, much more. Together with our parent company, Playtika, we’re working towards being the biggest casual mobile games company in the West.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be supporting our growth by hiring talent from all over the world for our Helsinki Game Studio. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the Hiring Managers to be successful with recruitments. Depending on the person to be hired, also employer branding and relocation support related tasks might be included in the role.

You may have a few years of experience in talent markets and sourcing or e2e recruitment, or you can be a very experienced Recruitment Professional. As a Senior you might have created Talent Personas already, or you know what Talent Intelligence stands for.  We’ll do our best to tailor you the right kind of role with the right kind of support and challenges that you need (which at the same time matches our company vision). As a Recruiter you know it’s all about good matchmaking. 😉


What does the ride include?

  • Full cycle recruiting to all levels of positions, from Junior to Senior, and from Programmers to creative Artists.
  • Recruiting using the available tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, conferences, headhunting etc.
  • Doing talent research, coming up with relevant recruiting strategies and networking (we’ll help you out, Partner!)
  • Supporting the Hiring Managers with job descriptions, openings and the recruitment process. We listen, brainstorm, act, challenge, and give advice!
  • Communicating with candidates by providing excellent candidate experience and career support. Representing Seriously in a professional and transparent manner.
  • Collaborating with our housing, relocation and recruitment agency partners if needed.


What does it take to sign up?

  • At least a few years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the games or IT industry
  • Experience in using modern ATS & sourcing tools
  • We hope you are curious, brave, inclusive, and good at taking initiative
  • Interest towards the world of international recruitment and good candidate experience
  • Fluent in English, as it’s our working languages


What about increasing chances to win?

  • In-house experience is a plus, but not an absolute must
  • Experience in international recruitment and/or filling challenging niche positions
  • A good understanding of employer branding and/or recruitment marketing
  • Having a nice candidate network around you already
