We are looking for a Player Support Manager to join our team at Seriously (Helsinki office). You will be working in a team of enthusiastic and self-driven player support professionals to ensure, facilitate and optimize the games’ support efforts.

In addition to the skills and experience listed below, we are looking for a motivated self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running in an energetic environment where everybody pulls their weight, where every idea is valued and where, if we get it right, we might just conquer the globe.

What does the ride include?

  • Leading the support activities and maximizing positive player experience
  • Coaching, giving feedback and supporting the team in professional growth
  • Providing first class support to players by answering tickets
  • Implementing and improving methods and processes in close collaboration with the team and other counterparts
  • Being the main contact point for various stakeholders and ensuring constant flow of information
  • Assisting team members and game teams to identify and solve issues
  • Creating and improving knowledge bases, documentation and FAQs
  • Analysing data to improve and prioritize the efforts
  • Ensuring  the company guidelines, policies and legal requirements are met

What does it take to sign up for the race?

  • Extensive experience in customer support
  • Solid experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in relevant CS/CRM tools, methodologies and processes
  • Passion for supporting both the company and the players in a friendly manner
  • Keeping up-to-date with the projects, company strategy and CS best practices

  • Experience in managing (also) external teams
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry
