Senior Producer, Mobile

Wargaming’s Mobile team is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Producer. In this role, you’ll be part of the HQ Operations group, focused on the results, relationships, production and coordination between our various (current and future) mobile development studios in Europe

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with multiple development studios on the creation and tracking of project milestones, priorities and overall schedule
  • Act as the primary point of contact for developers, to ensure a healthy relationship, and maintain alignment on goals and deliverables through excellent communication
  • Supervise project development to maintain its area of focus and the vision of the game; work with dev roadmap and check development milestones
  • Build a strong and empowering relationship with the Game Development Team and help them with any obstacles to ensure that the game is fun, of high quality, on budget, and on time
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks, as well as clear roadblocks both on a day-to-day basis and in the long term
  • Coordinate, evaluate and react to feedback from key stakeholders and focus tests
  • Provide leadership and mentor other members of the Production Team by providing best practices, standardized processes, and shared learning
  • Facilitate communication, organization, and accountability across all departments to ensure production goals are met


  • 5+ years’ experience in a Producer role or higher, with at least one shipped AAA product; experience with core mobile games strongly preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in the gaming industry in production roles
  • Experience with free-to-play titles and management of KPIs for these titles is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing external resources, remote teams and vendors
  • Passion and knowledge of games with a deep knowledge of the industry and its trends
  • Ability to evaluate gameplay quality, as well as schedule delivery, identify key risks, and provide mitigation strategies that allow the project to deliver its key vision, including marshalling other company resources where needed
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively as a mediator between development disciplines, external teams and upper management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various product management methodologies
  • Excellent comprehension of all aspects of game production (management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, programming/technology, design, art, audio, video, localization, QA)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • True partner to development studios, building and strengthening the relationships between external and internal development teams
  • Willingness to engage in frequent travel to development studios and publishing offices


  • Experience working with Eastern European/CIS development studios and publishers
  • Russian language fluency
