Nitro Games is looking for an experienced F2P Game Designer to join the merry team in Kotka or Helsinki, Finland. We are offering a chance to be in the frontlines of mobile game development and to join an established studio with 10 years of experience in strategy games.
We are primarily looking for a candidate with at least 3-4 years of experience with mobile games design with an emphasis on:
- F2P in-game economy
- Balancing units, items and in-game currencies
- Complex meta game systems
- Monetization design
- Live Events and special offers
A successful candidate is at home with using analytics data and crunching numbers in order to boost top-notch game play experience and product profitability. Experience with mid core strategy games and synchronous multiplayer battlers is a distinct bonus!
We offer a key role in the Nitro Games’ development projects. We are a team of 30+ professionals with several ongoing projects. We have a recently refurbished cool office in Kotka and a centrally located office in the centre of Helsinki. We have a low-hierarchy working culture with lots of parties and fun social activities!
